2. Pricing & Payments

  • Currency: All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD).

  • Transparent Pricing: Taxes and applicable shipping fees are calculated clearly at checkout. We do not charge surprise processing or restocking fees.

  • Payment Processing: Orders are securely processed through trusted payment gateways.

3. Order Processing, Shipping & Pickup

  • Service Area: We ship exclusively within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST).

  • Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days.

  • Transit Time: 3 – 5 Business Days.

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4 – 7 Business Days.

  • Free Local Pickup: Available at our Surprise, Arizona showroom. Orders are typically ready within 2 hours during store hours.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window for eligible products:

  • Standard Items: Unused, unwashed, and unaltered items (such as home decor, planters, wall art, and sculptures) in resalable condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

  • Exempt Items: For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, any kitchenware, pottery serving pieces, or drinkware that have been used or washed cannot be returned. Final sale and clearance items are also non-refundable.

  • Damaged Items: If an item arrives broken or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rusticsahuaro.com with photos of the damaged product and outer packaging to receive a replacement or full refund.

5. Restocking & Return Shipping Fees

  • Restocking Fees: Rustic Sahuaro charges $0.00 restocking fees on all eligible returns.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns (change of mind). If the return is due to our error or an item arriving damaged, Rustic Sahuaro will cover the return shipping costs.

All original content on this website—including product photos, written copy, brand logos, graphics, and collection designs—is the property of Rustic Sahuaro and is protected by United States copyright laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
