At Rustic Sahuaro, we handle and package every piece of pottery, garden accent, and rustic home decor with care right from our store in Surprise, Arizona. Please review the information below regarding our order cut-off time, handling time, transit time, delivery estimates, tracking, and local pickup procedures.

Shipping Locations

Rustic Sahuaro currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer shipping to international destinations, including Canada, Mexico, or other countries outside the United States.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM MST (Monday – Sunday). Orders placed before 4:00 PM MST on our business days will begin processing on that same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM MST will begin processing on the next business day. The order cut-off time applies after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Handling / Processing Time

Our standard handling time is 1–2 business days (Monday to Sunday). Handling time begins after your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed. During this period, we verify the order, package the items, and prepare the shipment.

Transit Time

After your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS), the estimated transit time is 3–5 business days. Transit times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, and holidays.

Total Delivery Time

Our estimated total delivery time combines handling time and transit time:

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Sunday)
  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days across all destinations within the United States.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Business Days & Hours

Our regular operating and processing days are Monday through Sunday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM MST). Orders are processed 7 days a week during normal store hours.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping: Applies to all orders of $50.00 or more.
  • Standard Flat Rate: A flat fee of $4.95 applies to orders under $50.00.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. No hidden or unexpected handling fees will be added after checkout.

Free Local Pickup (Surprise, AZ)

If you are local to the Phoenix metro area, you can skip shipping fees by choosing store pickup at checkout.

  • Pickup Address: 17745 W Grand Ave, Surprise, AZ 85387
  • Ready Time: Orders are usually packaged and ready within 2 hours during store hours.
  • How It Works: Select "Pick Up" at checkout, wait for your email notification confirming it is ready, and bring your order number and confirmation email to our showroom counter.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link (USPS or UPS) so you can monitor its delivery status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's system to update tracking details.

Delivery Delays

We make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery. However, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier transit delays
  • Peak holiday shipping volumes
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your package is delayed, please check your tracking link or contact the carrier directly for updates.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Double-check your details before submitting your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@rusticsahuaro.com.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

Handcrafted pottery and decor require secure packaging, but if an item arrives broken, damaged, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping container/packaging

We will review your claim and work to resolve the issue promptly.
