Ordering & Policies

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible at +1 480-842-1136 or support@rusticsahuaro.com. Because orders are processed quickly, modifications can only be made if your order has not yet entered processing or fulfillment.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No. We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

Shipping & Local Pickup

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship only within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Free local pickup is available at our Surprise, AZ showroom. Orders are typically processed and ready for collection during store hours. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup.

Returns & Damaged Items

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window for eligible products. Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original condition.

Which products cannot be returned?

Custom-ordered furniture, used cookware/dining products, and items explicitly marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Due to the handcrafted nature of clay, pottery, and wood items, please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rusticsahuaro.com with photographs of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping box. We will quickly review and provide an appropriate resolution.

Yes! The majority of our inventory is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Mexico. Because items are artisan-made using natural materials like clay and wood, slight variations in color, texture, shape, and hand-painted details are natural and add to the unique character of every individual piece.
